'Aikya' essentially means unity and harmony. When your mind, body, emotions and energies (prana), all of these elements are in alignment and work in harmony with eachother, then they say, you are in Yoga. Your experience of life becomes joyful and you are in a state of perfect balance.
Someway or the other, consciously or unconsciously, we are all trying to attain this state of being. We all may not reach the other side. But, even if there are some moments of us being truly joyful and in perfect harmony, then we can say we put in great effort to have a good life
